Young and upcoming Christian Hip hop Artist, Collins Milward Chanza, alias Chris Muzik, has anounced he will officially release his debut 7-track EP titled "Death Bed" on Sunday, November 25, 2018. Making the anouncement during an online interview with Uzimu Vibes, the 21 year old artist who is based in Lilongwe's Area 25 also revealed the EP's release will be sweetened with a 'Youth Connect Show' which has been organized by PREMIUM GRADES in conjuction with CCPC YOUTH.
"The EP is telling, warning and encouraging people against sin because literally Death Bed is sin that kills our relationship with God," he said, "It is preaching to people to come back to God," he added.
The tracks in Death Bed EP include Visa, Chobalalika, Fallen Soldiers (featuring Phelio Keyz), Zilombo za Satana (featuring Moses Makawa), Humility Before Honour (featuring Sir Creedy), Ndimamva Kuwawa and Paranawe.
According to Chris Muzik who is also a Computer Science student at DMI Lilongwe Campus, the EP has been produced by a number of producers viz. Martinho of Audio Kitchen, Zupa of Marvelllus Records, Sir Odillo (a beat maker) and Viwe of C.L Touch.
Some of the spirit-filled songs in the EP are already enjoying massive airplay on Radio stations like CAN, Galaxy, TWR and Radio 2 FM, just to mention a few.
Upon its release, DEATH BED, which has been mastered by Videlio of Premium Grades Productions will be uploaded on, among other sites, www.malawi-music.com and www.malusomusic.com where people will be able to download for free.
Asked about where he gets his inspiration as an artist, Chris Muzik, who also identifies himself as a born again Christian, was quick to cite life experiences, the word of God and music itself, as the three major sources of his inspiration.
